Fairway is a family business with family values that are the foundation of our management principles. As such, we are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our tenants, staff, and contractors who live and work in our various properties.
We have taken all government guidelines and directives seriously and implemented protocols to keep everyone as safe as can be under the circumstances.
If you are an existing tenant, you can take comfort in knowing that our staff and contractors are regularly screened and monitored. Should any one of them be assessed a risk, we will take measures to ensure that they are not in direct contact with anyone in our properties. Similarly, we will ask each resident the status of their well-being before entering a unit to perform any repairs by asking the following questions:
Have you, or anyone living in this unit…
→ travelled recently?
→ been in contact with someone who has travelled recently?
→ felt any symptoms?
→ been in contact with anyone confirmed infected with the COVID-19 virus?
If you are interested in joining the Fairway family as a resident in one of our properties, please rest assured that the same level of attention is paid to all aspects of your visit and negotiation. We provide the possibility of contactless visits, where you can view an unoccupied unit alone. Also, all units will be fully sanitized after every visit to ensure each new visitor is not at risk.
Should you prefer to visit in the company of one of our leasing specialists, we will ensure that personal protective equipment is worn by everyone.
